SKR Career Guidance supports students through the application process and familiarizes them with various study options. It’s important to note that SKR Career Guidance does not handle applications or registrations on behalf of any college or institution, whether they are partner institutions or otherwise listed. When a user applies to any course or college/institution through the App, they are seeking guidance from the SKR Career Guidance team.

Eligibility

The App is designed for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using or accessing the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that we have collected data from users under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Creating a User Account on SKR Career Guidance

The App is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information users provide when setting up an account, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you agree to keep your mobile number, email and password confidential and take full responsibility for any actions performed under your account. Additionally, you agree to receive SMS and emails containing details about your preferred colleges, courses, and other selected interests.

. Opt-In SMS, Mails: We may send personalized emails, SMS about entrance tests to users who sign up for notifications using notification preferences for favorite topics. You can toggle at any time.

·         Content Updates: Publishers and authors may update their e-books, and such updates will be made available through the App as part of the subscription.

Termination of Subscription

• Termination by User: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will result in the loss of access to e-books, e-videos, favorites, personalized features & other detailed features upon the end of the current subscription period.

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate a subscription and access to e-books, e-videos, favorites, personalized features & other detailed features if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, MA group. owns all rights to the digital content available on the App, including layout, software, images, and text. The trademarks, logos, and service marks of SKR Career Guidance cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior permission. Content from third parties is used under fair usage policies for informational purposes and is not owned by the Company. Data mining activities such as scraping, crawling, and republishing are prohibited without written permission.

External Links

SKR Career Guidance is not responsible for any losses incurred due to external links available on the App. Users are advised to verify information from other sources before making decisions based on advertisements or content from linked apps/web links. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or accuracy of the content. The App is not liable for any errors or issues related to e-books or their content.
